What data we process and why
- Enquiry form, e-mail, phone: name, e-mail, phone number and the text of your message, and where applicable a summary of your design from the online designer. We use the data only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- Order: if we agree on a commission, we process the data needed to carry it out and to issue invoices and other documents.
The legal basis is negotiation and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, for example accounting and tax duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep your data
An enquiry that does not lead to a commission is kept for no more than one year. Data relating to a completed commission is kept for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing purposes. It is handled only by providers of the technical services without which the website and e-mail would not work (website hosting and the e-mail mailbox).
Cookies and the online designer
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The online designer saves a design in progress only in your browser's storage; it reaches us only when you send it to us yourself in an enquiry. The website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and your browser therefore passes your IP address to Google.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object. Simply write or call us. If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
